Vaughan Kopy, Sole Proprietor of VonHaus Design and Drafting Services, has provided design and drafting services to Owners, Contractors and Developers for 28 years. My work has mainly been in the lower mainland of British Columbia but have now relocated to the Cariboo Regional District Near 100 Mile House where I am hoping to build new relationships with those wishing to build new homes or renovate their existing home. My approach is that it's all about you and what you need. Should you want a simple set of plans to obtain a Building Permit or an in-depth custom design to suit your ever-day needs, I will put your vision on paper.
